APPOINTMENTS:

Sessions are by appointment only. Please go to our Client Portal to schedule a session.

NO SHOW / CANCELLATION POLICY:

Clients can cancel or reschedule an appointment anytime, as long as they provide 24 hours notice. Cancellations, rescheduled sessions, and no-shows may be subject to a full charge if not received at least 24 hours in advance.

RUNNING LATE?

We want you to get the most out of your session but if you are running late, you are still entitled to the remainder of your reserved time.

FACILITIES:

We are located at 3605 Long Beach Blvd., Suite 327 in Long Beach, CA 90807. Visitor parking is free. If the lot is full, street parking is also available.

MEDICATION:

We, at Paper Cranes Counseling, do not prescribe psychiatric medication. If you feel that medication is needed, we can provide you with referrals to local psychiatrists.
