Who Am I?

Hi, I’m Allison, and I work with individuals and couples who are looking to heal, grow, and better understand themselves. Whether you’re navigating relationship struggles, healing from trauma, or facing big life transitions, I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can untangle what’s beneath the surface and move toward meaningful change.

How I Can Help You

My approach is relational, compassionate, and tailored to you. Everyone has a unique story, and I take time to understand what matters most to you - your experiences, learning style, and hopes for therapy. Together, we’ll identify patterns, explore emotional roots, and build practical tools to help you manage overwhelming feelings, improve communication, and feel more aligned with yourself and your relationships.

In our work, you’ll gain not just insight, but also skills to navigate emotions with more clarity and confidence. Over time, many clients notice a real shift in how they relate to themselves and others- feeling more self-aware, empowered, and emotionally resilient.

I also offer Brainspotting, a gentle, body-based method that supports healing from trauma and emotional blocks. It can be a powerful part of the work for those feeling stuck or dysregulated.

Therapy with me is collaborative, flexible, and deeply respectful of your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel genuinely seen and supported- so you can grow in the direction that feels right for you.
